Clock Gallery — Terms of Service
Back to gallerySeptember 24, 2026 · Written by the site operator.
These terms cover onscreenclock.com ("Clock Gallery," "the Service") — accounts, the Studio, uploaded photo dials, and the public community features — and set out how to report content and request its removal.
Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, uploading a photo, or otherwise using Clock Gallery, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms with you.
Accounts
You need an account (email, password, and a public handle) to save clocks to the cloud, publish anything publicly, or use the community features. Browsing the gallery and using the Studio to design a clock don't require one.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Account page — this removes your saved clocks, uploaded photos, and personal data.
Your Content
You keep ownership of every clock you design and every photo you upload. By uploading a photo to use as a clock dial, you grant Clock Gallery a license to store, process (resize, re-encode, and generate a thumbnail), and display it — only as part of that clock, and only according to the visibility you choose (private or public).
You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you use — that you own it, have permission to use it, or it's otherwise free of rights that would stop you. Don't upload a photo of another identifiable person without their consent.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Clock Gallery to:
- Upload or share content that's illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or exploits a minor
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
- Upload a photo of someone else without their permission
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights
- Attempt to bypass the photo review process, abuse the report system, or interfere with the Service's operation (including attempting to overwhelm rate limits or access another user's account or data)
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.
Content Moderation
Every uploaded photo is reviewed by a person before it can appear on a public clock. Until approved, your photo and the clock using it are visible only to you.
A rejected photo is removed from our servers and any clock using it is set back to private. We don't provide a detailed explanation for each moderation decision, but you're welcome to ask.
Community Features
If you make a clock public, it can appear in the community gallery, where other users can like it and fork it (make their own editable copy). A fork of a clock with a photo dial gets its own independent copy of that photo, which must go through review again before the fork can be made public — approval of the original doesn't carry over.
We may feature a public clock in the gallery at our discretion; this isn't an endorsement of the clock's creator.
Reporting Content & Takedown Requests
Every public clock has a Report button. Reporting sends it to our review queue with your stated reason (e.g. inappropriate image, impersonation).
If you're not a Clock Gallery user, or your concern isn't covered by the report reasons — for example, you're depicted in an uploaded photo and didn't consent to it, or you believe a photo infringes your copyright — contact us at support@dharmdutt.com with:
- A link to the clock or profile in question (e.g. onscreenclock.com/u/?handle=...)
- What's wrong with it
- How to reach you
We review takedown requests and reported content as promptly as we reasonably can. This is a small, independently operated service — we don't guarantee a specific response time, but reports and takedown requests are not ignored. If we remove a photo, any public clock using it is set back to private automatically.
Suspension, Termination & Deleting Your Account
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including removing public content immediately where necessary (e.g. illegal content).
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the Account page. This is permanent: it removes your clocks, uploaded photos, and account data, and can't be undone.
Intellectual Property, Disclaimers & Liability
The Clock Gallery name, design, and underlying code belong to its operator. The preset clock designs are original archetypes, not reproductions of any specific commercial watch.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clock Gallery and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms, Governing Law & Contact
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; if a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to flag it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Clock Gallery is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
